Eligibility for returns and exchanges is subject to the following conditions: All items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify, products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition—free from scratches, stains, or any signs of wear. Notebooks must remain unopened with their original packaging sealed; pencil cases, pens, and backpacks must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return or exchange.
The return and exchange process consists of the following steps: First, initiate a return or exchange request by following the designated process on our website (typically via your account dashboard or a dedicated return request form). You will need to provide your order number, the name of the product(s) being returned/exchanged, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. Please clearly mark the RA number on the outer packaging of your return shipment—packages without a valid RA number may be delayed or rejected.
Shipping responsibilities for returns and exchanges vary depending on the reason for the request: If you are returning an item due to a defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong product or incorrect quantity), we will cover the return shipping costs. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label via email to use for sending the item back. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Upon receipt of your returned items, our team will inspect them to verify compliance with the eligibility conditions. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. If the return is approved: For refund requests, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by payment provider but generally take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. For exchange requests, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you free of charge (excluding international shipping fees for international exchanges) once the returned items are approved. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to select an alternative product of equal or lesser value.
Certain exceptions apply to this Return & Exchange Policy: Customized or personalized stationery products (e.g., notebooks with engraved names, custom-designed pencil cases) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors. Sale or clearance items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective. For damaged or defective items: If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide photos of the damaged item(s), the original packaging, and your order number to support your claim. We will review your claim promptly and arrange for a replacement, full refund, or prepaid return label, depending on your preference and product availability. Failure to report damage or defects within the 48-hour window may result in delayed processing or denial of your request.
International returns and exchanges: International customers are eligible for returns and exchanges under the same conditions, but please note that international return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error) and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for international orders will not include the original international shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
