Order & Payment
How can I check the status of my order? Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress via the tracking portal linked in the email. For orders still in processing, you can log into your account on our website to view the latest status updates.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and popular digital payment platforms. All payment options are displayed during the checkout process, and all transactions are encrypted to ensure the security of your payment details.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? We can only accommodate order cancellations or modifications if the order has not yet been processed and shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has left our warehouse, we cannot adjust the details, and you may need to initiate a return process after receiving the package.
Products
Are the product descriptions and images accurate? We strive to provide accurate product descriptions (including size, color, material, and design) and high-quality images. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing differences or lighting during photography. If you receive a product that differs significantly from its description, please contact us to resolve the issue in line with our return policy.
Do you offer samples of your stationery products? Currently, we do not provide free samples. However, we offer detailed product descriptions and multiple images to help you make an informed decision. If you have specific questions about a product’s quality or features, feel free to reach out to our support team for more information.
Are your backpacks suitable for specific age groups (e.g., kids, teenagers)? Our backpacks come in various sizes and designs to suit different age groups and needs. We specify the recommended age range and dimensions for each backpack in its product description, making it easy for you to choose the right one for kids, teenagers, or adults.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order? Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. After processing, delivery times depend on your location and shipping method: Standard Shipping takes 5-10 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders; Express Shipping (available for most locations) takes 2-5 business days for domestic and 5-10 business days for international orders. During peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer shipping to most regions worldwide. There may be a small number of remote areas where shipping is unavailable, and we will notify you via email within 24 hours of order placement if this applies to your location. For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties or taxes imposed by your country, which are not included in the product or shipping price.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged? If your package is lost during transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will work with our logistics partner to investigate. If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged items and original packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your claim promptly and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? You can return or exchange unused, unopened, and undamaged stationery products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags intact, and you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email). Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
How long does it take to process a refund? Once we receive and inspect the returned items (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by payment provider but typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Do I need to create an account to place an order? No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping addresses, view order history, and manage subscriptions more conveniently.
